Questions from Tracey Energy Customers
As we work through our “new normal,” here are the top questions from customers about our energy services.
Is Tracey Energy closed during the quarantine?
No. Energy companies are Connecticut-designated “essential businesses” and we are fully operational, providing fuel oil to homes and servicing heating and cooling equipment.
Is it safe for Tracey Energy’s service technicians to deliver my oil or work on my heating system?
Yes. Our service technicians keep a significant distance from your family, either delivering oil to an outside pipe or working in your basement. They also are using clean gloves for every customer, wiping down tools and equipment with CDC-approved cleaners, and self-monitoring their own health.
How do I get in touch with you?
While our customer service team is in our office, observing social distancing and safe work practices, we are not allowing anyone else to enter the building for their safety and yours.
Is this a good time to schedule an oil delivery or to do the maintenance service on my heating or air conditioning system?
It’s a very good time!
With a plentiful supply and a temporary decrease in demand, fuel oil prices have hit record lows, making this the perfect time to fill up your tank. If you are not on automatic delivery, call us and we will schedule your delivery within 24 hours.
Many of our customers are taking care of “home” work, and it’s a convenient time to schedule heating system maintenance. Or perhaps you’d like to focus on those future blue skies and make sure your air conditioning is in top shape. It’s a good time for that service, too.
