Automatic Delivery of Heating Oil

When you choose Automatic Delivery for your heating oil, you choose convenience. You won't have to monitor your fuel level anymore or make a phone call to arrange every delivery, because Tracey Energy will manage your deliveries automatically. We'll check your home's past usage to set a custom delivery schedule and then adjust it over the course of the heating season in response to the severity of the weather. We use a degree-day monitoring system to account for variations in the weather that affect your fuel usage rate.

AUTOMATIC DELIVERY - CANCELLATION POLICY
Pursuant to Public Act 12-76 effective 7-1-2013

• Customers may cancel automatic delivery at any time without fee or penalty (unless on a fixed/capped price contract-see terms and conditions).
• Customer must provide at least one business day's written notice of cancellation.
• Customer must deliver notice of cancellation by one of two methods:
