At Tracey Energy, we truly care about our customers. Even with several feet of snow on the ground, we are here to help residents in need whose heat or hot water shut off at any time, day or night. We will continue to invest our time and energy into making sure you are safe and your home is comfortable until it is physically impossible for us to make the trip.
We’d also like to thank our customers who have cleared a path to their fill pipe and allowed our staff to do their jobs efficiently and safely. If possible, place a flag or marker where your fill pipe is located so we can find it. If you haven’t gotten around to shoveling yet, please exercise caution while clearing a path to your fill pipe, and if for any reason you’re unable to clear a path, please let us know so that we can plan ahead.
